ABOUT SAVURÈ

Savurè is a Pastificio con Cucina, an artisan pasta lab and Italian restaurant in Shoreditch, London, which builds its know-how on the authentic Italian culinary traditions. 

Savurè was born a few years ago in Turin, an old city in the North of Italy, where the first Pastificio con Cucina was opened. 

Every day, in Shoreditch, London as well as in Turin, we prepare, right in front of your eyes, the best traditional fresh Italian pasta and the tastiest sauces. Agnolotti, Pansotti, Tagliatelle, Maccheroni, Gnocchi di Patate are just some of our Pasta to be savoured with sauces like Cacio e Pepe, Chianina Beef Ragù, Amatriciana, Carbonara, Pesto Genovese and many more.

We’re open for lunch and dinner every day, Mondays through Fridays. Join us just for a quick coffee meeting or for a long lunch, whatever you fancy we’ll have a menu to suit.

Take a break to taste the freshness of an authentic pasta dish in a cozy and friendly atmosphere, or take it away cooked or raw to cook at home.

ABOUT TURIN

Turin is an ancient Italian city, serving as the capital of Piemonte, located on the Po River at the foot of the Alps. 

It was Italy’s first capital and donated its monarchy – the House of Savoy – to the newly unified Italian nation in 1861. Its royal past has left a legacy of palaces and castles of great charm and interest. In more recent times it has become the home of car maker Fiat and Juventus football team.

The entire Province of Turin is characterized by strong culinary traditions that govern each course, from starters to desserts. Turin is the home of grissini (bread sticks), vermouth and gianduja chocolates. A typical dish is Agnolotti (Ravioli), small squares of pasta filled with meat and vegetables and topped with gravy and sage.

Turin is at the heart of wine country. The enological tradition presents red wines that are known throughout the world: from the Dolcetto and Barbera, excellent with first courses, to Nebbiolo, Barbaresco and Barolo, ideal with red meats.
